Mendy attended Butler County Community College and Wichita State University. She received an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2000. She is a member Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society and the Golden Key National Honor Society. She is certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration. She has been working at Scheer Dentistry since September of 2001.
Mendy is married to Brent, and they have three children. Mendy is active in the children’s ministry at her local church. She enjoys running her kids to various activities, reading, riding roller coasters, and spending time with friends and family.
